Refund Policy
1. Service Deposits
Some projects require a deposit to secure materials, schedule labor, or reserve service dates. Deposits are non‑refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun. If no materials have been ordered and no work has started, deposit refunds may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
2. Payments for Completed Work
Payments made for completed services are non‑refundable, as all work performed involves labor, time, and materials. If a customer has concerns about the quality of work, SRS Home Services & Construction will review the issue and determine whether adjustments or corrections are appropriate.
3. Material Purchases
Special‑order materials, custom items, or products purchased specifically for a customer’s project cannot be refunded, as suppliers typically do not accept returns on these items. If standard materials are unused and returnable, we will process refunds according to supplier policies.

4. Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a customer cancels a project before work begins and before materials are purchased, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees. Once materials are ordered or work has started, refunds are no longer available

5. Service Issues or Concerns
If a customer believes a service was not performed as agreed, SRS Home Services & Construction will inspect the concern and determine whether a repair, adjustment, or partial credit is appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated based on the specifics of the project

6. Digital Payments & Processing Fees
Refunds issued through digital payment platforms (such as credit card processors or online payment services) may be subject to non‑refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider. These fees are not controlled by SRS Home Services & Construction.

7. Final Decision
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of SRS Home Services & Construction, based on the work performed, materials purchased, and circumstances of the request.
